This is a short video (about 2 minutes) in which Ann McIntosh speaks about what she can do for you and what to expect in therapy.  In this video you can get a sense of her office and her personality.  As counseling and therapy is so personal, this allows perspective patients to get a feel for her.  “Does she seem like someone I could go to” – will be the question answered by those seeking her type of services.

She does seem a little dull and stiff, but if that is her personality during therapy – great!  Good to know!  This video gives a transparent and helpful look into her services and herself as a therapist.  It doesn’t look like a commercial/show…that is a phony front to get business.

 The big mistake, however, is that she has a website and she never gave her website address or location…just a phone number at the end of the video.  I had to look for her afterwards to see if she had a website and where she was located.  Don’t make potential customers do this…put it in the video!
