Looking into the World of Online Videos for Marketing & Recruiting…and other stuff.
This is a 49 second video showing a bosu squat with rotation. This fitness studio has several exercises demonstrated on video on their website; and this is one of them. For people looking for exercise, this giving away of content (exercises in this case) gets people to like koficore.com. Also, it establishes them as experts. The technical aspects of the video (lighting, sound, etc.) could have been better, but they did this video themselves.
There is no call to action. Having one could have improved the video for getting new customers. Granted, this video is used as part of a monthly exercises series. But offers and calls to action could have been made. The description mentioned contacting them for a free guest pass…why not put this bit of info at the end of the video?
Even a simple video like this adds to one’s website and internet presence.
A blog written by a Minnesota Recruiter and Video Producer about marketing, social media, online video production, recruiting, and some about what I'm doing in life. Professionally, I am very interested in online videos for businesses marketing their products & services, and videos for recruiting for their open positions.
