This is a great “inside look” into a position in a company. Someone who is already in the position and successful telling us about what it is like and what is done. This video should increase the quality of candidates who apply because if the video is produced well – the wrong people won’t be interested in this position once they see the video and the right people will be more interested after seeing the video. As someone who has been a recruiter, we receive a lot of resumes and have to sort through huge piles. A well thought out and produced video could decrease the number applicants while increasing quality of applicants.
