Airline Recruiting Video (Testimonial style)
This 3 minute 16 second video that talks about how they are a company where the people love it there, have fun, and it is like a family. If I was hearing from an executive or someone in HR, I would not believe it…but this video is comprised of testimonials from 15 employees. Everyone with full names and years there…so it feels very real. This is a great video…makes me want to work for them (too bad they don’t really exist in Minnesota).
From hearing from so many employees…you get a feel for the people who work there and what kind of people they are. You can get a feel for their culture. It is important to convey the culture and employer brand, because (as recruiters) we want to hire people who fit our culture.
