Looking into the World of Online Videos for Marketing & Recruiting…and other stuff.
The Head, Neck, & Spine Center of San Diego made a very nice video that is 1 minute and 7 seconds long. You meet one of main doctors at the center and learn about his background – thus gaining a face and personality to the company. You get to see the office environment and see a customer (like us) go into the office for a treatment.
David Breston is a lawyer in Texas who has several videos on his website. The main website has the below, “Why the Breston Firm?” video…
This is a short video (about 2 minutes) in which Ann McIntosh speaks about what she can do for you and what to expect in therapy. In this video you can get a sense of her office and her personality. As counseling and therapy is so personal, this allows perspective patients to get a feel for her. “Does she seem like someone I could go to” – will be the question answered by those seeking her type of services.
ArcheryCountry.com sells bows and all related equipment for targets and hunting online. This short 2 minute 41 second film was filmed in one of their back rooms. The speaker was not a professional…which makes the video better. This guy looks like one of the staff…so if I go to their location in Waite Park, MN – I will get to see him and other (now assumed) knowledgable staff.
Blendtec has over 65 videos today…all originally inspired by destruction tests that the Director of Marketing at Blendtec saw being performed already. Now this is entertainment! (and informative.)
A blog written by a Minnesota Recruiter and Video Producer about marketing, social media, online video production, recruiting, and some about what I'm doing in life. Professionally, I am very interested in online videos for businesses marketing their products & services, and videos for recruiting for their open positions.
