I found this 4 minute and 42 second video too long and annoying. I couldn’t focus on what was being said very well…the constantly zooming in and out and erratic swaying back and forth was a major distraction.

The focus of this video is international opportunity in a social responsible company. This video is for recruiting “young people”. The newest generation to join the workforce tends to look for social responsibility in companies, so this is a good move by Citi for recruiting entry-level now.
