Bosu Squat with Rotation from koficore.com
20 Dec 2009This is a 49 second video showing a bosu squat with rotation. This fitness studio has several exercises demonstrated on video on their website; and this is one of them. For people looking for exercise, this giving away of content (exercises in this case) gets people to like koficore.com. Also, it establishes them as experts. The technical aspects of the video (lighting, sound, etc.) could have been better, but they did this video themselves.
